These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of luvius.net and to purchases from Luvius ("we", "us"). By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order. If you create an account, keep your login details secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.

Orders, pricing and payment

• All prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.
• Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation email.
• We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, a price or description was listed in error, the design violates these Terms, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund you in full.
• You authorize us and our payment providers to charge your payment method for the total shown at checkout.

Personalized products and previews

Every product is made to order from the design you create. Before you order, review your preview carefully: spelling, names, dates, photo crops and options are printed exactly as shown. Colors on screen can differ slightly from printed colors, and print placement can vary slightly between items. Some designs, such as canvas prints, are reviewed by our team before printing; we may contact you if a photo is too low in resolution to print well.

Content you upload

• You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, the photos, text and other content you upload, and that it does not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights.
• You give us a limited license to use, copy, edit and print your content to create previews, make and ship your order, and provide support. We do not use it for other purposes without your permission.
• We may refuse or cancel orders with content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or that uses logos, characters or other material you do not have the right to use.

Shipping and delivery

Production and delivery times are estimates. See our Shipping Policy. If we cannot ship within the time we promised, we will let you know and give you the option to cancel for a full refund. Risk of loss passes to you when the package is delivered to the address you provided.

Returns, reprints and refunds

Because products are personalized, returns for a change of mind are not accepted. Damaged, defective or misprinted items are covered by our Love It Guarantee. See Returns & Reprints.

Discounts, promotions and gift cards

• Discount codes have no cash value, cannot be applied to past orders, and may have conditions such as a minimum purchase or one use per customer.
• Automatic offers such as bundle savings may not combine with other product discounts. At checkout we apply the combination that saves you the most and show what was applied.
• Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law. If a gift card has an expiration date, it is shown in the gift card email and is never sooner than the law allows.

Reviews and submissions

Reviews must reflect your own honest experience with a product. By submitting a review, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it, along with any photos you choose to share, on our site and in our marketing. We may decline or remove reviews that are off-topic, offensive, include personal information, or violate these Terms. We never edit a review to change its meaning.

Our intellectual property

The Luvius name, logo, site design, product templates, artwork and text are owned by Luvius or our licensors and protected by law. You may not copy, resell or use them commercially without our written permission.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site: no scraping, interfering with its operation, attempting to access other customers' information, or using it for anything unlawful.

Disclaimers

The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available", except as stated in our Love It Guarantee. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Some states do not allow these disclaimers, so they may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luvius is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim related to a product or the site is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Luvius against claims arising from content you upload or your violation of these Terms.

Disputes and governing law

If you have a concern, please email [email protected] first; most issues can be resolved quickly. This does not take away any consumer protection rights you have under the laws of the state where you live.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted here, with its "Last updated" date, applies to your use of the site and to orders placed after that date.
