What kind of photo works best?
A clear, well-lit photo where your pet's face fills most of the frame works best. Phone photos are perfect. Avoid heavy filters, blur and dark shadows. Read our photo guide for more tips.
Can I see my design before I order?
Yes. Our personalizer shows a live preview of your design on the product before you add it to your cart. Please check spelling, names and dates carefully, because we print exactly what the preview shows.
How long will my order take?
Each item is made to order. Production takes 2 to 4 business days, and standard shipping within the US takes 4 to 6 business days after that. Your estimated delivery date is shown on the product page and at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Do you offer express shipping?
Not at this time. We offer standard shipping with tracking, free on orders of $60 or more. For gifts with a deadline, check the delivery estimate at checkout before you order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because every item is personalized, changes and cancellations are possible only within 2 hours of ordering. Email [email protected] right away with your order number.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not yet. We currently ship to the 50 US states and Washington, D.C. For military (APO/FPO/DPO) or US territory addresses, email us before you order.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
We will reprint it or refund you. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. In most cases you do not need to send anything back. See Returns & Reprints.
Can I return an item I no longer want?
Because each gift is made just for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, a size you picked by mistake, or a typo that was visible in the preview you approved.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All prices are in US dollars, and sales tax is calculated at checkout where it applies.
Are my photos kept private?
Yes. We use your photos only to create your preview and print your order. We never sell them or use them in our marketing without your permission. See our Privacy Policy.
